We hope, we could meet in person again in Prague this spring!
The workshop place in Prague will be adapted to the current anti-covid rules of the Czech Republic, valid on the given date.
- Checking the infectivity of staff and participants.
- The entrance, as well as other areas will be equipped with racks with disinfection, disinfectant wipes.
- The individual stations - check point / dining and beverage corners / program / etc. - will be arranged so that there is a sufficient distance between them, which will guarantee safe comfort for visitors.

Registration will be processed on first come first serve basis. Capacity of the lecture hall is limited, late or onsite registrations might be refused for capacity reasons.

PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
Full prepayment of the registration fee is requested. Unpaid registrations will be automatically released.
Cancellations:
- 90 % refundable for cancellations received by March 20, 2022 (10 % charged as the administration fee)
- no refund for cancellations received after March 20, 2022
- An exception is the cancellation of the on site workshop due to the pandemic situation – there will be 100% refund

Room allotment in following hotels has been booked for workshop participants. Rooms will be allocated according to your request in the registration form on first come first serve basis. Please note that the prepayment is required to quarantee your room reservation. Rates include breakfast and VAT.

Cancellations:
- cancellation by March 8, 2022 – full refund
- cancellation between March 9 – March 23, 2022 – 90 % refund (10 % charged as the administration fee)
- cancellation between March 23 – April 3, 2022 – 50 % refund (50 % charged as the cancellation fee)
- cancellation after April 3, 2022 – no refund
